Warning & Cautions  
Do not use the mp3 player in hot, cold, dusty and humid environments.  
Do not drop the player, or expose to direct sunlight, other source of heat for a long  
period of time.  
Please charge the mp3 player when it has the following instance:  
The Red and Green LED blinks continuously.  
The mp3 player turns off automatically.  
It does not work when you press any buttons.  
Do not disconnect the device suddenly when it is being formatted or during  
uploading and downloading. Otherwise there may be errors occurring in the software.  
Do not attempt to service the unit.  
When the Red and Green LED blinks alternately during the "play" mode, it is a  
indication of low battery and the player will be automatically power offafter another  
five to ten minutes of play.

Definition of buttonfunction:  
* Press ShortlyPS press the button 1 second  
* Press andHold PH press the button 2 seconds  
For example "On/Off button".  
2. Function introduction:  
A. On/Off Button: Power On, Play, Pause and Power Off  
Power On: To turn onthe unit PHthe "On/Off button"for about 3seconds and the  
Green LED willcome on, nowthe unit isin the "idle"mode. Then PSthe On/Off button  
again to enter"play" mode. TheGreen LED willkeep blinking continueouslyduring  
"Play" mode.  
Pause: Press the"On/Off " buttonduring the "Play"mode, the playerwill enter  
"Pause" mode. Bypress the buttonagain the playerwill revert backto "Play" mode.  
Power Off: PHthe "On/Off "buttonto switch off.The unit willautomatically power off  
after 30 seconds.  
B. EQ Button:Effect adjustment  
PS the "EQ"button during theplay mode toselect different musicmode, it will  
change from oneto the next:Normal, Rock, POP, Classic, Soft, Jazz, Dbb.  
Note: The EQfunction can onlybe judged fromthe sounds.  
C. Volume+, Volume-: Select the songs and adjust the voice  
PS the "Volume+, Volume-"in "play" modeto shift fromthe previous andnext song  
PH the buttonto turn upor down thevolume when itis in "play"mode.

3. Connect MP3 Player to PC:  
Connect the mp3player to thePC via theUSB cable, thered and greenLED is  
constantly on. TheGreen LED willbe constantly onand when theRed LED blinksit is  
indicating transferring thedata.  
Download and Deletefiles: Afterconnecting the MP3Player to PC, click "My  
Computer" to find"Portable Disc" andthen drag orcopy the filesthat you wantto  
download or uploadto the requiredfolder.  
This MP3 Playercan also storemany other filesand be usedas a portablememory  
device.

5. How to charge the battery of the MP3 Player:  
a. When theMP3 Player isconnected to PC, the Red andGreen LED willbe constantly  
on. When theGreen LED willbe off andred LED isblinks constantly thecharge is  
completed.  
b. The MP3Player should befully charged everytime so asto extend thebattery life  
and the playingtime of theMP3 Player.  
c. Transferof data canbe carried outduring charging ofthe MP3 Player.  
6. Installation procedure of WIN98 driver:  
If the operatingsystem of yourPC is orolder than WIN98, please install thedriver  
using the followingprocedures:  
Put the CD-ROMin the CDdriver and doubleclick to openthe CD-ROM. ChooseMP3  
Driver/setup.  
7. Battery life:  
Please pull outthe power cableafter the batteryis fully chargedso as toextend  
the battery lifeand playing time.
